God is still in control!
I will still love God with all of my heart!
I will still teach my children to love God
and be kind, respectful, and responsible!
I will never forget that God knows best is and
always will be in control and NO ONE can change that.
Just some rambling this morning as I am trying to keep a positive attitude today as I grieve. 8o)

I am with you. I was so depressed this morning, I didn't even want to get out of bed. But I did and am trying to have a positive attitude, also.
Great post... especially after last night!
I agreed with your comment on halloween. I can remember wanting sooo badly to get candy, but it was so taboo to participate in Halloween. I was genuinely surprised to see so many CHM families participate... guess the younger generation is loosening up a bit.
My husband grew up tricker treating, I did not. I certainly believe it is something do be determined among individual families and Tricker Treating for children certainly does not send them in the "wrong direction."
I simply found it interesting to see the "open mindedness" amongst CHM groups that I didn't expect to see. I don't think tricker treating is wrong.
I feel exactly as you do! There are 2 facts that I am resting on..first of all that God is STILL in control and secondly we WILL win in the end as long as we stay FAITHFUL!
