- 1 tube (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
For the manicotti you just mix the meat and cottage cheese together and stuff it in the shells.(Use a zip lock bag with the corner cut off)Top with the speggetti sauce and bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Top with Moz. cheese and melt. - For the biscuits just separate and dip the tops in the dressing and then in the parm. cheese. Sprinkle with the moz. cheese and bake at 400 for 9-11 minutes.
