Sitting in his usual spot on the kitchen counter while I worked in the kitchen. I turned around and this is what I found. I guess he was going to make his own menu using all of these cookbooks.

The seven month chair picture. I have spared you the past couple of months but I couldn't resist this one.
Well I guess that gets all of the pictures out of the way. I hope you all had a good weekend. We had a quiet one at home. Which was very nice!! I figured I would get on the ball and actually make my menu plan out for the week on Monday. Good idea huh. Nothing gourmet this week either but here it is.
Monday: chicken and rice
Tuesday: beef stew
Wednesday: breakfast for dinner- pancakes and sausage links
Thursday: Ham, mash potatoes,green beans
Friday: tortellini Alfredo
Saturday: chicken strips
Sunday: Easter dinner with family
Kaitlyn is in the spelling Bee again this year at school. It is tomorrow so I will try to post some pictures and how she did. So as most Mondays go around here. Laundry here I come........
