Heather, I've never met you, but we have common friends. Since we heard of your husband's accident those 4 long months ago, we have thought of you many times and prayed for you. I just ran across your blog via Melodie's, and read your thoughts posted yesterday....This morning I am up early with my baby granddaughter, and just want you to know that I will be taking some time now to pray for you again. I cannot imagine how difficult things must be for you, how overwhelmed you must feel many times....but God does. May He give you grace and strength for each minute of every day...and comfort your heart once again.
Praying extra special for you today! I know it must seem like a lot longer than 4 months in a lot of ways for you! Hoping God gives you extra special grace for the day! Love and Prayers! Jenn Truitt
Awwww, i love this picture! Hope you got it enlarged and framed! Have a good week, busy is good sometimes. Keeps the mind busy. We can get together when you get home from FL. Hi Heather: Just wanted to share with you what Jesus helped pop out at me the other day when I was reading my Bible.
A father to the fatherless, a defender of widows, is God in his holy dwelling. (Psalms 68:5)
I have found it amazing the way God has spoken to me through the scriptures since my life as a widow begun.
It also occurred to me that maybe we should start an online group for us widows. I noticed that Cheryl is one too. There are things that us widows have to deal with that no one can really help if they are not walking in our shoes. For instance just someone to talk to when problems arise in the home. For example, the water heater, furnace how we cope and deal and fix all the household problems. Or if we are just feeling lonely, etc.
Anyway, didn't mean to write a book. Thinking and praying for you today.
Heather, your family is still in our thoughts and prayers. I think of Randy often. I thought of him this past Sat.and how I miss his teasing. Merrill misses him too. He thought a lot of Randy. We love you guys!
I am 33 and was happily married to Randy for 15 years. He was taken from me in a accident on July 11,2009. He was the best husband a girl could have. He is with Jesus now and we miss him so much! God blessed us with four beautiful children.Kaitlyn-13,Megan-11,Konnor-5, and Kade-2. I love to read, cook, scrapbook, garden, and take walks with my friends. I love Jesus and I thank him for all of the material things He has blessed me with.

Oh how true, mine has been missing 21 years! Still praying for you, Heather!
Ditto...mine has been gone 4-1/2.
Couldn't have made it this far without Jesus.
